This is an updated from my previous ricing post. After eww received a system tray in version 0.6.0, I can now retire waybar for a unified vertical bar on the left side of the screen.

• OS: Arch Linux
• Window Manager: Hyprland or Swayfx
• Status Bar: eww
• Application Launcher: wofi (Many alternatives are possible. Some say wofi is dead)
• Process monitor: btop
• Notification server: SwayNC
• Pie menu: Kando (with keybindings from my foot pedals using footswitch)
• Wallpapers: Non-daylight images from WikiLovesEarth

The design philosophy is to create the “stars on a night sky” effect with widgets hanging directly above the background. Numbers are hidden in favour of graphic displays and they should only show up when the cursor hovers onto the bar.

Its not a coincidence that Marisa’s theme is playing and the workspace icons look like the Hakkero.
